Effective date: July 25, 2026

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to MyrtleBeachMobileHomeRemoval.com, an independent service-request and publishing website for mobile home removal around Myrtle Beach and Horry County. It describes what the website collects, why, and how requests are shared with third-party providers that may be able to help. It does not describe the separate privacy practices of any provider that later contacts you; those providers are independent and set their own terms.

Information you submit

When you use the request form, the website collects the fields you enter. The short first step asks for your name, a phone number, the property city or ZIP, the service needed, the home type, the ownership status, and the timeline, plus your consent. If you open the optional details section, the website also collects any email address, property address or parcel PIN, current condition, what should be removed, contents status, utility status, access notes, and description that you choose to provide. You control how much detail you share; only the short first step and consent are required to submit.

Attribution and technical information

To understand how requests reach the site, the form records attribution details captured in your browser session: the landing page, the referring page if your browser sends one, and marketing campaign parameters or click identifiers present in the web address (for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, and msclkid). This attribution is stored in your browser’s session storage during your visit so it can accompany a submitted request.

To limit automated abuse of the form, the website applies a rate limit keyed to a one-way hash of the submitting connection’s IP address. The raw IP address is never stored; only the hashed value is used, and only to count recent attempts from the same connection.

How submitted requests are stored

Submitted requests are stored in a PostgreSQL database so a request can be reviewed and routed. Because this website may be compensated when a request is shared with a provider, it does not claim never to share or transfer requests; sharing a request with a potential provider is the purpose of the form.

Sharing with providers

The primary purpose of collecting a request is to route it to one or more third-party providers that may be able to help with the described property. When a request is shared, the provider receives the information needed to evaluate it and to contact you. The provider then independently confirms coverage, scope, availability, pricing, credentials, insurance documentation, and service terms directly with the property owner. This website is not the provider and does not perform removal work.

Notification processing

When email notifications are configured, a submitted request is delivered to the operator through Resend, an email delivery service, so the request can be acted on promptly. This processing exists to move your request forward.

Calls

Calls placed to the published number may be shared with a third-party provider that returns the call. This website does not currently record calls. If call recording is ever enabled, this policy will be updated to disclose it before recording begins.

Analytics and cookies

When website analytics are configured, aggregate usage measurement (for example Google Analytics) may be used to understand how pages perform. Analytics events used by this site do not include the personal details you enter in the form. Aside from the session storage used for attribution described above, this website does not set advertising cookies of its own.

Security

The website uses reasonable technical measures to protect stored requests, including transport encryption for form submissions and restricted access to the request database. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Retention

Requests are retained for as long as needed to route them, to respond to follow-up questions, to meet the operator’s record-keeping and legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Rate-limiting records, which contain only a hashed connection value, are short-lived and pruned as their time windows expire.

Your choices

You can decline to submit the form and call the published number instead. You can also ask what information is held about a request, ask for a correction, or ask that it be deleted where no legal obligation requires the website to keep it. Once a request has been shared with a provider, that independent provider controls the information it holds.
