## What this release contains

- Current 2020–2024 ACS mobile-home-category estimates for all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
- Current 2020–2024 ACS estimates for all 46 South Carolina counties, joined to the South Carolina county list in 24 CFR §3280.305(c)(2).
- Horry County, Myrtle Beach metro, Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach and Conway ACS records.
- South Carolina county snapshots for the overlapping 2015–2019 and 2017–2021 ACS periods as published by the South Carolina Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office.
- Census/HUD Manufactured Housing Survey annual shipments, residential placements, prices, floor area and South Carolina shipments for 2014–2025.
- 2023 American Housing Survey occupied manufactured/mobile-home-or-trailer and foundation estimates reproduced from the official Table Specifications workbook.
- A key-statistics table and a combined JSON release with row-level source fields.

## Statistical-universe rule

The ACS mobile-home structure category, AHS occupied manufactured/mobile homes or trailers, new-home shipments, residential placements and new-home prices do not measure the same universe. They are stored separately and must not be added together.

## South Carolina comparison

The 2020–2024 ACS point estimate is 23,951 units below the non-overlapping 2015–2019 estimate. The MHS separately recorded 22,948 shipments to South Carolina during 2018–2022. The two series do not produce a count of homes removed, demolished, destroyed, converted or added to the ACS category.
